Application:
This equipment is a precision automatic cutting metal sheet with any form. It is used for industrial applications in the fields of metal structure production and mechanical engineering, where the equipment needs to withstand high production loads and work 24 hours a day.
The construction of machine:

1. This kind of machine is composed of a gantry frame, main and secondary longitudinal guide rail. 
2. Both driving end and cross beams adopt box-beam welding structure whose stress has been relieved. 
3. 
4. The driving of the main longitudinal end beam adopts Japan AC servo driving system and driving speed reducer, through rack-and-pinion gearing.
5. 
6. The longitudinal guide ways firmed by pressure plate backing board and connecting sleeve, all made by high intensity track, all the contact surface of track have precision machining and accurate grinding racks are installed outside the guide way.
7. Cutting torch also moves by AC servo electric machine to drive the Japan SHIMPO speed reducer, then use rack-and-pinion to drive.
8. Some gas Longitudinal cutting torch are used to cut sheets into strips and fix them.
9. A gas cutting torch and a plasma cutting torch can cut any shape on programmable controlled with CNC.
